The Creative Services team at Walmart/VIZIO is the engine behind our brand’s growth, delivering strategic design and flawless execution across all marketing channels. We’re responsible for everything from digital campaigns to packaging for VIZIO products, blending creativity with advanced technology and project management. What you'll do:

• Lead creative conceptualization/development and execution for marketing, digital, print, UI, and packaging projects, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
• Oversee all aspects of packaging design, from concept to print-ready files, with a focus on layout precision and visual storytelling.

• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
• Utilize advanced design tools (Photoshop, Figma, AI, and more) to push creative boundaries and drive efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and Figma, with expertise in masking, compositing, and generative AI tools.

• A robust portfolio that stops us in our tracks--showcasing award-winning marketing, packaging, and branding work. (UI/UX design is a plus.)

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus: Experience leveraging analytics to inform design and providing expert art direction to external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
