LOCUM - Urology PA or NP
- Guarantee of: 8 hours per day
- OT to apply after 8 hours per day
Hours would be 8am-5pm with 1-2 hours of hospital rounding included depending on how many patients are in the hospital at the time. It would look like 8am-3pm in clinic and 3pm-5pm at the hospital for example.
NNCCPA- board certification required.
We need the candidate to be able to operate on their own, minimal training will be provided so we need them to proficient.
Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days
o All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty.
o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.
Active CA License and CA DEA are required.
