We at CaseGuard, Inc. are seeking a talented user experience designer to join our team. This role is a big opportunity for a designer to use their design skills and rapid prototyping to not only solve known clients' needs and experiences but uncover new opportunities along the way. Responsibilities Ownership of the design process; from research, through conceptual design, UX design, testing, and prototyping. Own the end-to-end experience framework for process automation and workflow tools. Lead the design in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation. Understand clients and their needs through customer research and feedback, and market analysis. Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences. Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. Facilitate the design process, and present and iterate design solutions. Craft, pitch, and validate long-term design strategies. Continually iterate and evolve the way we design for and learn from our clients. Qualifications 2+ years of visual design experience. 2+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or similar UX-related role. 2+ years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for different applications. An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience. Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns. Ability to commute/relocate: Arlington, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
