Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trade compliance for North American imports and exports
  • Oversee HTS classification, free trade agreements, and duty savings initiatives
  • Lead internal audits and ensure proactive risk management
  • Maintain and update SOPs, training, and internal compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor regulatory changes and align policies accordingly
  • Collaborate with global trade and legal teams to support cross-border initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required)
  • 5–7+ years of trade compliance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. customs laws, HTS classification, and import/export regulations
  • Familiarity with NAFTA/USMCA, CBP, BIS, and tariff management
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, GTS, or equivalent ERP/trade systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and collaborate across functions
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (relocation support offered)

What You Can Expect

  • Hybrid schedule with home base in Charlotte
  • Generous benefits including 4 weeks PTO + U.S. holidays
  • 401(k) with up to 12% company match
  • Comprehensive health benefits package
  • Strategic exposure within a respected international organization
  • Values-led culture focused on growth, collaboration, and compliance excellence
