Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Temporary Digital Delivery Exceptions Coordinator to join the team at their facility in Piscataway. This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be comfortable with a potential start date in September.

Job Duties Include:

  • Manage client communications and operational processes related to digital order bounce backs.
  • Initiate client outreach via phone or email for returned orders.
  • Coordinate personalized reshipments or refunds based on client preferences.
  • Provide daily tracking updates to clients.
  • Review daily reports to identify and address erroneous use of return labels.
  • Collaborate with the Fraud team to verify new shipping addresses.
  • Open and follow up on Operation Exceptions for retail orders.
  • Liaise with stores and warehouse teams to resolve outstanding delivery issues.
  • Communicate with UPS to address shipping concerns.
  • Send personalized gestures in response to delivery experience comments.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience or logistics experience, ideally within a luxury or fashion retail environment.
  • Experience working with UPS and delivery carriers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, system-savvy, knowledgeable about delivery carrier schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting data, creating and manager Excel trackers and client feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and a comfort level in de-escalating situations with customers.
  • Spanish language skills a plus.

This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.

Compensation: $28 - $30/hr. paid weekly

Benefits: Temporary employees through PCG may be eligible benefits after a waiting period, such as health insurance, dental and vision plans, paid holidays, and participation in our incentive savings program. Additional benefits may apply based on assignment and eligibility.

This role is assigned to a client company that may provide additional amenities or benefits to their internal staff. These may not apply to temporary assignments.
