Position Overview: We are seeking flexible and motivated administrative professionals to fill temporary roles at our client sites. These positions may vary in responsibilities and duration, but all will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Typically the hourly rate for these roles are $20-25/hr and range in duration from 1 to 6 months on average.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
  • Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
