**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Work independently or under general direction on moderately complex requirements for telecommunications networks. + Analyze, design, and implement voice networks, LAN and WAN data networks, wireless networks, and network management systems to support voice, data, video, and wireless services. + Develop designs, plans, and specifications for installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications systems from project inception to completion. + Analyze problems and characteristics of information to be transported, defining system requirements and network specifications. + Coordinate closely with other information systems professionals to ensure proper implementation of network services. + Work with functional users to develop alternative solutions and backup plans. + Support network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization activities. + Proficient in telecommunications network design and implementation. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in network planning and troubleshooting. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement network services. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Secret - IT-I (Tier 5/SSBI) Critical Sensitive Clearance + Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. + Minimum of three (3) years of network operations experience. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
