We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to drive innovation and operational excellence across our supply chain functions.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and optimize the movement of materials, procurement, production planning, and logistics to meet operational and strategic goals. Your leadership will ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials at the best cost while maintaining high-quality standards.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to develop world-class supply chain processes that drive growth, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a global sourcing strategy informed by data-driven forecasting models to optimize cost, quality, and cash flow.
  • Lead materials-related functions including purchasing, procurement, production planning, shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, develop purchase plans, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Manage inventory to avoid shortages and ensure fiscal accuracy, including physical inventories and cycle counting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance to align material plans with business objectives and cash flow targets.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Materials Management, Purchasing, and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years in food ingredients procurement.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis using Excel.
  • Proven success in cost reduction and lead-time improvements.
  • Experienced and fluent with analyzing large amounts of data, crunching that data, and navigating fluently through ERP and other systems

Preferred

  • Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, or CPM.
  • BA in Business Administration, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with Rootstock ERP
  • 2 years of flavor house procurement experience.
