About the Role
Looking to grow in the construction industry and take the next step in your career? Stormy Construction is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to help run residential and commercial job sites across the Valley. This is a full-time role based in the field and office, perfect for someone organized, reliable, and motivated to learn. You’ll support daily operations and develop into a lead Superintendent over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of active construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries
- Monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure code compliance
- Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and change orders
- Communicate with project teams, vendors, and trades
- Track inventory and verify on-site material deliveries
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential or commercial construction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read construction plans and project documents
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$65,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
