What You Will Do:

• Business Development Champion : Proactively develop new business and expand client relationships, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to uncover new opportunities.
• Recruitment Expertise : Utilize your advanced skills to source, recruit, and place top tech professionals, ensuring a perfect alignment with client needs.
• Client Engagement : Immerse yourself in client cultures, attending meetings to better understand their unique visions, missions, and technical needs.

Skills & Experience Toolbox:

• Proven Business Development Skills : Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and develop lucrative client relationships.
• Tech Recruiting Expertise : Minimum of 2 years in Tech recruiting or blended Tech/GTM recruiting, with required experience in an agency setting.
• Educational Foundation : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education and training.
• Soft Skills : Exceptional customer focus, keen attention to detail, and superior organizational skills.
