Skills:

• Product owner for the agile process in one development team focused on Salesforce Technology

• Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud

• Manage the entire product life cycle (idea, development, roll out, maintaining, closure)

• Ability to understand business needs, translate them into product requirements, and align product strategy with overall business goals.

• Continuously analyze internal customers’ needs and maintain product backlog and roadmap

• Driving cross teamwork (development, marketing, sales, client service, support, product management)

• Ensure quality by establishing story acceptance criteria

• Act as a conduit between internal customer and development

• Coordinate your work with other Product Owners

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
