🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Represent our newest client through our face-to-face B2B Sales program .
  • Help small businesses solve real problems.

  • Master and execute our short-cycle, face-to-face B2B sales process
  • Deliver exceptional results in both sales volume and quality
  • Manage customer onboarding and retention metrics for your territory
  • Be held accountable through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Collaborate with senior leaders to build and scale a regional team
  • Coach, and develop a high-performing team around you
  • Uphold elite sales culture and represent the Kintsugi brand on

the field

  • Engage in ongoing personal development and leadership training
  • Travel to support new launches and national events as needed
  • Use performance dashboards and CRM systems to track and lead growth

📝 Requirements:

✔ Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, high-level individual sports)

✔ Coachable, ambitious, and ready to grind

✔ Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, in-office

✔ Authorized to work in the U.S.
