About the Role
A well-established luxury homebuilder is looking to bring on a few experienced Site Superintendents for projects in McLean , VA . They specialize in high-end, modern residential homes and are known for building some of the most impressive homes in Northern Virginia .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard
- Manage and document construction activity in Procore
- Walk job sites daily to check for quality, progress, and plan compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, designers, municipalities, and clients
- Support budgeting/estimating efforts by collecting bids and managing pricing on change orders
- Lead site meetings and manage all phases of construction —including pre-development and post-close warranty work
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing custom residential projects , ideally in the luxury space
- Solid experience using Procore and MS Office
