This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will have the opportunity to lead and shape an exciting new project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development and technical leadership, with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Shopify-based web platforms. Manage the end-to-end setup and execution of new web projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical and business requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers. Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery of milestones. Integrate and manage middleware solutions where necessary. Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce APIs and platforms. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the web development process. Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure high performance. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in web development, including leading teams. Proficiency in Shopify development and technical project management. Strong knowledge of HTML and front-end development principles. Experience with Salesforce APIs and platform integration. Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to work onsite five days a week in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. Demonstrated experience with middleware integration is a plus.
