Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join their team! This position is located in Tampa, Florida.
Duties:
- Act as SME and internal consultant for both Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, showcase solutions, and drive adoption
- Partner with an external agency on the in-progress SharePoint Online intranet project
- Troubleshoot issues with permissions, access, and file sharing
- Guide and train staff on best practices for collaboration, governance, and external sharing
- Ensure sensitive documents (HR, Legal, Operations) are secure and properly structured
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Must be comfortable working directly with business users and translating needs into solutions
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint intranet solutions
- Strong communication, training, and documentation skills
- Ability to operate independently in a lean environment while collaborating across IT and business

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $115,000+ . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
