This role requires an ACTIVE DHS clearance and US Citizenship
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Provide critical thinking, problem solving, design, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.
- Build a standalone application using Power Pages to capture data and save using Dataverse.
- Create and update legacy system APIs for data connections.
- Manage, support, and potentially perform SharePoint site creation, administration, and site governance while maintaining up to date documentation.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate
- Create custom SharePoint Pages.
- Extend Power Apps pages functionality with Dataverse integration and custom code.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Active DHS Public Trust (TSA preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college, university, or academic institution in the United States.
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including developing and deploying custom model-driven PowerApps (Plugins, Workflows, Cloud Flows, API integration using SDK), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI solutions.
- Hands on working knowledge and understanding of the Canvas Apps framework including customization experience with data connections and Canvas Apps.
- Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate flows with a variety of data sources and leveraging connectors.
- Knowledge of user-centered design practices, designing and architecting web applications, and familiarity with accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508).
