Senior Service Technician

Are you an experienced HVAC technician who takes pride in your work, values great customer service, and wants to grow with a supportive team? Brookside Mechanical is looking for a Senior HVAC Technician to join our crew of dedicated professionals. This position will earn $30 - $40 per hour.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clearly communicate with clients about the condition of their HVAC systems
• Offer personalized solutions based on the client's unique needs
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair, maintenance, or replacement opportunities
• Perform and document all necessary testing during maintenance visits
• Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management
• Guide clients through their options to help them make informed decisions

Requirements For Hire:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted
• Comfortable with physical demands: climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, etc.
• Willingness to train and grow in areas like customer service, IAQ (indoor air quality), and technical knowledge
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Committed to safe work practices
• Capable of working in tight, confined areas (attics, crawl spaces)
• Manual dexterity to operate power and hand tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Working smartphone with internet access
