Job Description
Role Overview:
- Lead full-range project management, planning, design, and operational services in water and wastewater.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and clients to:
- Assess and upgrade treatment facilities
- Prioritize multiple projects independently
- Evaluate and apply treatment technologies and processes to improve performance and regulatory compliance
- Manage construction oversight and attend client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master’s with wastewater emphasis preferred
- 5+ years experience in wastewater planning, design & construction
- WI Professional Engineer license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and engagement with regulatory agencies and clients
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in engineering with wastewater emphasis
- Drinking water engineering experience
