Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – Telecommunications

Location: 100% On-Site in Tysons, VA

Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday – Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $120,000-$130,000

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter, Senior (Telecommunications Engineering & Construction) who has In-depth understanding of telecommunications engineering & construction to join our Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) business Unit. As part of (CIS) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that is a prime turnkey design-build/design assist & pre-construction services providing systems design, construction, installation & commissioning. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is dotted line to the Project Teams for embedded relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including network engineers, RF engineers, and managerial level telecom infrastructure specialists.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in the telecommunications industry, including emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Diversity Hiring: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the Telecommunications, engineering & construction industry.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for roles such as Project Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Superintendents which will be the top three roles you will recruit for.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working on cleared positions is a plus.
