.NET Developer – 3-Month Contract
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer for a 3-month contract to support the launch of a newly formed, high-impact development team. This position offers 100% remote work with flexible time zone alignment , ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in building foundational systems and processes, contributing both technically and strategically to project success. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical excellence, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#, Web Forms).
- Collaborate closely with product owners and team members to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues using tools like Azure App Insights and Redgate SQL tools .
- Optimize performance, reduce downtime, and manage system/server stress across environments.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including story refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement DevOps practices using CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Gitflow branching strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft development technologies:
- .NET Core, C#, Web Forms
- ADO pipelines , Azure Data Factory
- Entity Framework and/or Dapper
- Angular (Components & TypeScript)
- Deep SQL Server knowledge, including:
- Writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries , stored procedures, and functions
- Working with large datasets and Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Proficiency with:
- Redgate SQL Tools
- Azure App Insights or similar observability tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to full SDLC processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team
