Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst (Hybrid after 90 days)
Quick Quack Car Wash is looking for a highly driven Senior Finance Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and improvements in financial reporting and analysis, cash forecasting, and loan administration. This role will work closely with management and be an important cross-functional resource to the Quick Quack team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and KPI’s.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting and metric calculations.
- Prepares monthly consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of
- cash flows).
- Ensures compliance with reporting and financial covenant calculations for numerous loan agreements.
- Supports and analyzes the company’s 13-week rolling cash forecast.
- Takes part in interest rate hedge discussions and reviews based on the company’s long-range plan.
- Provides analytical support of the company’s 401(k) investment portfolio.
- Participates in the management of the company’s risk management and insurance programs.
- Works with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Tax, Legal, Accounting, Development, and all areas of Finance to analyze and support specific and broad corporate initiatives.
- Participates in the accounting cycles and meets stringent deadlines.
- Implements changes in methods or procedures to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Seven + years of experience in accounting or related field, significant accounting / finance experience in medium to large complex companies.
- Exceptional Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- The candidate must demonstrate previous experience and success in influencing and driving change,
- projects and programs across multiple organizations / functions.
