Senior CRM Campaign Manager

Location : Hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City

Duration : 12 months; potential to extend

Pay : Up to $74.51/hour, DOE

The Planet Group is looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City, CA.

Senior CRM Marketing Manager Responsibilities :

Develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that aim to generate awareness, increase acquisition, and drive engagement

Work cross functionally with various teams, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams

Think strategically, implement flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization

Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity

Identify and communicate to internal teams when issues arise

Optimize program performance through A/B testing and experimentation

Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, increase operational efficiency, and further develop internal platform features

Contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks that serves as repository for training resources.

Senior CRM Marketing Manager Qualifications:

7 - 10 years years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives

Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys

High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.

Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner

Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks

Ability to react calmly to curveballs, come up with contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment

Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
