Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities :

• Provide daily administrative support, including calendar maintenance, agenda tracking, meeting scheduling, and managing travel budgets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure completion of daily required tasks across the company.
• Prepare and organize forms, reports, and presentation materials for executive teams.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduled commitments and responsibilities on a daily basis.
• Assist management in organizing team events and external activities.
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing daily tasks.
• Report to management on updates regarding recent projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop written correspondences and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work alongside high achievers in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
• Advanced proficiency in producing written correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom.
