SEASONAL CORPORATE GIFTING ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

ABOUT POSITIO N Your chief responsibility is to service new leads & existing BOXFOX Concierge Pro

customers through customer service and order production. This role is equally divided into client

support and servicing, software sales order data entry, and collaborating with Production team in support of order fulfillment. As a sales coordinator, you should showcase excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to identify and quickly solve problems. This role is seasonal with an end date of January 9th, 2026 (subject to change depending on the needs of the business).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vet new leads, schedule calls for Account Executive as needed
• Support Concierge clients with gifting proposals and inventory checks
• Advise on ordering and shipping speed recommendations based on expected delivery dates
• Manage sales order data entry into Netsuite for invoicing
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, obtaining logo & address deliverables, or sharing necessary product substitutions
• Understand the Concierge / Enterprise Corporate gifting business model, upselling service where appropriate
• Act as a point of contact for Production Team for ongoing orders
• Share order shipment tracking information with clients
• Participate in daily Sales meetings and weekly Production meetings

ABOUT YOU

• 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred; B.A. from 4-year university
• Solid knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, Quickbooks, Google Drive a plus
• A proactive team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Detail-oriented, great follow-up, results-driven professional with outstanding communication skills; both internally to team and externally to customers
• Ability to juggle competing priorities & demands
• Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
• Must be eligible to work in the US
