Onward Search is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions organization that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals connect with meaningful new opportunities with the nation's top schools. We are currently seeking a caring and dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered academic team in Northampton County for the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year.

Details:

• Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Grade Levels: High school, grades 9-12
• Caseload: TBD
• Start Date: August 20th, 2025
• End Date: December 19th, 2025

In this role, you will:

• Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
