The School Bus Aide performs responsible support work in assisting Transit Operators within the Pupil Transportation Division to transport students to and from school and special events. Monitors student behavior and assists in ensuring a safe and orderly environment during transit. The work is primarily and most frequently performed under the immediate supervision of a Transit Operator. Reports to a Transit Operations Supervisor. Starting pay is $20.50 an hour. This is a part-time 20-29 hour per week, non-exempt, position and is eligible for pro-rated benefits.
