Position Title: SAP SD Consultant Experience Level: 3-4 years Job Summary: As an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SD module within our organization. This individual should have a solid understanding of business processes, particularly in the area of sales and distribution and should have project management mindset as well as a strong technical background in SAP. 1. Sales and Order Processing:

• Configuring and customizing SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.
• Managing the entire order-to-cash process, including sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Handling pricing and discounts, availability checks, and credit management.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintaining and enhancing customer master data.
• Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.

3. Pricing and Billing:

• Setting up and managing pricing procedures and conditions.
• Handling billing and invoicing, including billing plans and integration with financial modules.

4. Inventory Management:

• Coordinating with SAP MM for inventory management and replenishment.
• Overseeing stock transport orders and inter-company stock transfers.

5. Integration with Other Modules: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SD with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP FI/CO. 6. Reporting and Analytics:

• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and key metrics.
• Using SAP Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.

7. User Training and Support:

• Providing user training and support for SAP SD processes and functionality.
• Assisting end-users with issue resolution and troubleshooting.

8. Project Management Mindset

• Leading SAP projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• SAP certifications in SAP SD are highly desirable.
• Proven experience (10+ years) as an SAP SD Consultant with a focus on order-to-cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, pricing, and billing.
• Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and cross-module integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
