Our client in East Houston is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Process and review work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through to completion.
- Assist the sales team in creating, tracking, and managing sales orders to meet customer needs effectively.
- Handle purchase order documentation and transactions, collaborating with vendors and internal departments to fulfill requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services or products while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all sales support systems are updated with accurate information.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to streamline processes and guarantee client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales support or customer service roles.
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
