Location: Houston, TX (covering Houston and surrounding Gulf Coast areas within a 300-mile radius)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, career-oriented Sales/Project Manager who learns quickly, embraces AI and technology to increase overall performance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This dual-role position will drive business development, estimate and secure new work, and manage project execution while tracking P&L performance.

The ideal candidate is a team player, active on LinkedIn for professional networking, and aligned with our A-Team values.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships in civil, infrastructure, medical, marine, and commercial sectors.
  • Respond to bid invitations and RFPs, conduct site visits, and prepare accurate take-offs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Represent ATI at industry events and client meetings.
  • Use LinkedIn actively for networking and brand visibility.

Project Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for awarded projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and track P&L performance of projects.
  • Manage and document change orders to protect margins.

Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years in construction sales, project management, or specialty contracting.
  • Knowledge of concrete cutting, demolition, or structural modifications.
  • Proficiency in reading plans and performing take-offs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver’s license; willing to travel within a 300-mile Gulf Coast radius.
  • Active and proficient with LinkedIn.
  • Embraces AI & technology to increase overall performance.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), project management software familiarity.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent.
