The Role
The Cardiologist Principal Investigator is responsible for oversight and execution of clinical trials that test new medications on the behalf of sponsor/pharmaceutical companies! You will work in a clinic to promote Good Clinical Practice and follow research protocols assigned. This includes things like medical management of patients on trial, administering medications, documentation, tracking and management of adverse events, and overall management of the study. You will have a team of skilled coordinators, NPs, and assistants as well!
