Are you passionate about turning complex data into powerful insights? Our Client , a major force in public service, is looking for a Sr. Reporting Analyst to join their team and help drive high-impact, data-informed decisions across vital community initiatives.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

As a Sr. Reporting Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in creating dynamic dashboards and reports that support key projects like Fire Recovery and Quality of Life. From data modeling to visualization, you’ll be a critical voice in shaping how data is consumed across the organization.

📊 Your Day-to-Day:

• Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Administer and optimize Power BI Service, Gateway, and Capacity
• Develop data models, prep and clean datasets with Databricks, Snowflake, Genie
• Create interactive data stories with ArcGIS StoryMaps
• Work hands-on with SQL and Python to drive insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts

🧠 What You Bring:

• Expertise in Power BI , SQL , and Python
• Familiarity with ArcGIS tools , data visualization best practices, and cloud data tools
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail

🎓 Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification a plus
