This role is ideal for an engineering professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and a passion for ensuring product integrity and regulatory alignment across technical operations.
As a Regulatory Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing regulatory compliance strategies across product development and manufacturing processes. You will serve as a technical authority on regulatory standards, ensuring that all engineering activities meet applicable codes, certifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply regulatory standards to engineering designs and production workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments, validation testing, and documentation reviews to support regulatory submissions.
- Lead internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation including test protocols, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor changes in global compliance regulations and proactively update internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance engineering.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
