Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
