Role Description

Wear Howell is looking to hire a full-time AND part-time receptionist.

Hours for the full-time position are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Hours for the part-time position are flexible/TBD.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new systems and using technology to support daily tasks
  • Clerical Skills for managing office tasks and correspondence
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy front office environment
  • Experience in a similar receptionist role is a plus
