Real Estate Valuations Associate
Our Radnor area client is seeking a Real Estate Valuations Associate to join their organization.
The Real Estate Valuations Associate will be responsible for valuations of underlying assets held in the client’s portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Supporting financial analysis related to real estate assets valuation
Regularly communicating with various internal stakeholders
Working with discounted cash flow, market multiple, and IRR calculations models
Completing financial analysis for planning on forecasting returns, portfolio analysis, and cash and capital
Assisting with investor and lender reporting materials preparation
Requirements:
~ Bachelor’s degree
~3-5 years portfolio management, valuations, or public accounting experience
~ Advanced Excel proficiency, with emphasis on performance analysis understanding and preparation
~ Argus preferred
~ Strong modeling skills
~ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional Details:
Employment Type: Direct hire
