Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Canonsburg, PA. This position is production-based , focused on the review of pre-negotiated real estate agreements for accuracy and compliance. You will not be responsible for negotiation or legal advisement, and a JD is not required .
The successful candidate will ensure that approximately 12 agreements per day are reviewed with precision, maintaining high standards for quality and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Analyze Contracts:
- Examine pre-negotiated real estate contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are accurate, complete, and legally sufficient.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
- Verify documentation aligns with internal standards and external requirements to minimize risks and maintain compliance.
- Document Management:
- Ensure all supporting documentation and deliverables are consistent, accurate, and properly filed.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, sales, operations) and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure contract accuracy.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze contract trends and quality exceptions to support continuous improvement initiatives, training, and system/process enhancements.
- Project Management:
- Take ownership of special projects related to contract quality, auditing, and reporting.
- Reporting:
- Provide data-driven insights into contract issues, performance metrics, and risk areas through detailed reporting and tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, contract review, or documentation management.
- Experience reviewing real estate contracts is strongly preferred .
- Experience in audit, quality control, or project coordination is a plus.
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Legal Studies, or related field).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Comfortable working in document management systems or databases.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
