Job Description

Norton Hammersley is actively seeking a real estate closer, to join our team.

Position Summary

Our Real Estate Paralegals assist with drafting, reviewing, editing, and managing all types of documents for the acquisition of residential and commercial properties. Experience with coordinating closings, loan packages, signings, and approvals is required with tracking calendars and deadlines.

This is a role that requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. It requires an individual who readily adapts to changing priorities and business needs while being proactive in identifying areas of need and demonstrating responsiveness to execute action plans.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial and residential real estate experience with substantive familiarity with title and surveys
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with closing software
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple deadlines
  • Extremely well organized
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Accuracy

  • Notary (or willingness to become one)
