Your will be obtaining pricing from parts house for Commercial repairs or replacement of HVAC/Refrigeration/Plumbing for service calls that have been serviced.
Must work closely with our suppliers to get pricing in a timely manner. Quotes must go out within 24 hours. Also, must be able to work closely with our customers to make sure they are aware of the whole process and how their job will be handled. After the quote is approved, this position will order the materials, track their arrival times and receive them when they are delivered to our warehouse.
5-10 plus years experience preferred
On call - rotation
Learn and understand the processes, tools, systems and technology to effectively manage quotes, documentation, customer follow-up, schedules and communicate any issues that may arise.
Provide reports when needed of orders approved and waiting on parts, in order to keep customer updated in a timely manner.
Hourly rate: $25.00 to $28.00
