Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant/Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and for placing orders for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities:Process new incoming orders
Help with the order department's outbound freight documents
Receive material into inventory and process invoices accordingly
Generate purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Support the sales desk with managing and processing customer orders
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
​Qualifications:
Construction-related industry experience preferred
