Pay Range: $80 - $82/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Project management, Operations, Front Office, Back Office
• Extensive experience in business analysis and project management roles, specifically within the Data domain
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels
• Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
• Experience in designing business process models and solutioning in order to support strategic design decision
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Manager is looking for stronger OPS PMs with (ideally) Reference Data or Front Office/Back Office experience, who may have had exposure to a large integration project.
• Looking for Ops Managers with BA skills preferably large finance operations. OPS most important.
• Their OPS team is a reference data team (Accounts data – back-office ref data would be preferred) Front office ops or back-office ops is fine too.
