  • Budget and Risk Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement corrective actions to address variances. Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, or quality to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management and estimating, with a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates and managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Communication and Leadership : Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach staff, and build strong relationships to drive project success.
  • Organizational Skills : Superior organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous project documentation.
  • Regional Commitment : Enthusiasm for contributing to the company’s growth in Central Illinois, with a proactive mindset to build client relationships and expand our market presence.
  • Certifications : PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
