Standard Shift :-

Position is a Group Leader supporting Production for 2nd shift.

Candidate will be required to work Monday-Saturday.

Working 3 to 4 weekends out of the month!!

2 shifts: 5pm-5:30am.

Job Responsibilities:

The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.

Job Responsibilities :

Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Are there any technical skills or certifications that are highly valued for this role? No, if they have lien manufacturing certificates, that’s a huge plus, but not a requirement.
Highest completed Education? High School Diploma or GED
Minimum years of experience required? 2 years of automotive manufacturing experience
Problem solving, continuous improvement knowledge. Looking for someone that has good communication, collaborate teamwork, can make decisive decisions
Automotive experience is REQUIRED
