Duration:- 12- Months- position (May go Longer)

Location:- 1455 West Alexis Road Toledo , OH 43612

Standard Shift :-

Position is a Group Leader supporting Production for 2nd shift.

Candidate will be required to work Monday-Saturday.

Working 3 to 4 weekends out of the month!!

2 shifts: 5pm-5:30am.

Job Responsibilities:

The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• Are there any technical skills or certifications that are highly valued for this role? No, if they have lien manufacturing certificates, that’s a huge plus, but not a requirement.
• Highest completed Education? High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum years of experience required? 2 years of automotive manufacturing experience
• Problem solving, continuous improvement knowledge. Looking for someone that has good communication, collaborate teamwork, can make decisive decisions
• Automotive experience is REQUIRED
