JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Production Studio team is part of the POPCORN Creative Marketing Group within integrated Marketing Communications at Universal Orlando Resort. This team manages all versioning/iterative creative asset development once the Creative Develop team completes campaign concepts. The Manager, Production - Digital Assets manages the day-to-day project flow and execution of all static asset versioning/iteration for all social media channels and display/native display networks. This position requires working knowledge of online media asset specs and design requirements, proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, experience using AdCreative.Ai (preferred, but not required) understanding of digital media CRO, and strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Design/Iteration and Versioning

  • Manages multiple projects concurrently and works with a sense of urgency to ensure timely delivery of assets to channels to meet in-market dates.
  • Ability to take creative concept designs and create various media and web sizes that adhere to brand guidelines and are visually appealing.
  • Ensures all versions and variations of the main creative concept are developed for core paid media as well paid, owned, and earned.
  • Understands what appeals to target markets and possesses the ability to tailor production assets accordingly.

Maintains Solid Understanding of Brand Standards and Target Audiences

  • Applies the current practices for brand and partner design standards to all versioning and iterative assets to ensure cohesiveness to master assets.
  • Stays apprised on current social media and display media trends to build iterative library templates.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Actively participates in team and campaign related meetings to capture and discuss creative expectations for digital campaign strategy.
  • Proactively contributes to continuous process improvement by effectively identifying challenges and provide solutions.
  • Ability to learn quickly, think independently, multi-task, have a strong attention to detail, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred, but not required. A creative portfolio showcasing skillset is required to be considered for the position.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital design and production work.
  • Experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment, travel/tourism or entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in design applications including the Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Animate, Express).
  • Working knowledge of AdCreative.ai is a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of business applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Apple Keynote.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront project management is a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of MediaValet, digital asset management software, is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills within the English language.
  • Positive attitude, team player with professional demeanor.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
