PrimaLoft Inc. is seeking a Product Assistant to join our Product Strategy team.

Our Team:

The Product team works cross-functionally to successfully develop, design, manage, merchandise, and drive our product assortments.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate product collateral to the Product Strategy, Global Sales, Global Marketing teams. Working closely with and supporting the Senior Manager of Product Strategy, Associate Product Strategy Manager, and Product Manager Coordinator. This position is located at the PrimaLoft headquarters in Latham, NY and requires an in office 5 days a week schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Global Product Collateral Fulfillment:

• Preparation and shipment of collateral materials within 24-72 hours
• Ensuring all packages are prepared with care, a strong attention to detail, and will leave a premium impression when unboxed.
• Maintaining clear and open communication with Global Sales Team as to the status of their order, including shipment reports and tracking information.

· Global Collateral Inventory:

• Maintain and track inventory of global collateral, daily
• Work closely with the Collateral Coordinator to maintain appropriate collateral inventory levels

· Product Collateral Room Maintenance:

• Ensure product collateral room is clean and organized at the end of every day
• Ensure all collateral is restocked and easily accessible

· Monthly Collateral Reports:

• Issue monthly and annual collateral shipment reports

· Tradeshow Support:

• Work closely with Brand Associate and Sr. Global Brand Manager in the preparation of product materials and sample garments for industry tradeshows and events

· Showroom Maintenance:

• Ensure PrimaLoft showroom is clean and tidy
• Rotate sample garments, as necessary

· Other projects, as assigned

The Qualified Individual would possess:

· Associates degree, or higher - required

· 1-2 years relevant experience, including customer service, order fulfillment and inventory management. Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

· Logistic/shipping experience – DHL/FedEx/USPS/UPS etc.

· Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

· Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Ability multi-task and to keep track of multiple project work streams successfully and accurately, providing weekly if not daily updates to other team members.

· Capable of lifting and handling packages and sample rolls up to 30 lbs
