WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Part-Time Sleep Medicine Physician to join our group in Crown Point, IN. Interested candidate will be joining a fast-paced, talented team.
WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine and/or Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine as a Physician, with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Part-time schedule
- Traditional outpatient/inpatient schedule
- Average inpatient volume: varies
- Average outpatient volume: varies
- Daily Duties:
- Complete patient health assessments
- Diagnosis and treat individuals with current or potential sleep needs
- Offer lifestyle, medical and dietary suggestions
- Develop treatment plan for patients
