Job Summary

Olive Branch Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will provide great customer service, data entry, answer phones, fill prescriptions, receive inventory, and work closely with the pharmacist. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and prior experience. As a Technician specialist, you will be working closely with the pharmacist in charge with inventory management, placing orders, prepare delivery orders, MTMs, Medicare billing, and manage auto refills.

Responsibilities: Working with the PIC, you will be responsible for the following

• Data entry: Receive written and faxed prescriptions from, verify the information is accurate, and input it into the system
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
• Inventory management 
• Medication Therapy Management 
• Auto Refills 
• Delivery orders preparation and management 
• Medicare billing and management

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed
• Bilingual Spanish and English

Compensation

• Negotiable depending on ability to execute tasks effectively and experience
