TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc.

Engagement Description:

• This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Client and Client Network Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
• Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
• Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors' offices.
• Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system
• Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
• Work from home private and quiet workspace required

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

• Retail Pharmacy experience at least 2 years
• Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
• Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to accept change

Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Call center experience
• CMS knowledge

Education/Certifications Include:

• CPhT preferred not required (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)
