Overview Join to apply for the Personal Trainer role at Cherry Creek Radio . StretchLab studio opportunity in Denver, CO offering one-on-one assisted stretching in a boutique fitness environment. This role focuses on providing professional, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and contributing to a supportive wellness team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales Manage client care and deliver a best-in-class stretching experience Book and manage weekly recurring appointments Update client notes consistently Maximize client utilization by booking follow-up appointments and renewing memberships Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use Other duties as assigned Qualifications Love of boutique fitness environment; passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Preferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor Experience providing hands-on training in a fitness/health environment Fitness certification required Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Excellent communication skills and empathy Desire to help clients achieve their goals; professional work ethic and reliability Must be available to complete a 3-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly salary; based on experience and performance Performance-based bonus structure Growth potential within the company Job Types: Part-Time Pay: $21 - $26 an hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay Commission Only: No Paid Training: Yes Management: Key Leader Work Remotely: No COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Creek Radio
