Peptide Lyophilisation Lab Technician
What you will be doing
• Run & document lyophilisation cycles
• Set up, start and finish freeze-dry cycles; record real-time data
• Prepare labware & materials
• Sterilize glassware in autoclaves, label and load vials, mix solutions
• Perform in-process checks
• Verify samples meet quality standards; maintain a pristine cleanroom
• Update batch logs and SOP checklists; help adapt procedures as we scale
• Champion cleanroom protocols
• Gear up (gowning), manage material flow, monitor environmental sensors
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, diagnose simple mechanical or electrical hiccups; call in specialist support as needed
• Manage and handle shipping of orders and packages
Who you are
• Qualified lab technician with a diploma or bachelor’s in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Hands-on & detail-oriented—you take pride in accurate documentation and spot-on setups
• Eager to learn—we’ll teach you all the ins and outs of peptide lyophilisation
• Team player who follows cleanroom protocols and values safety first
• Problem solver—you’ll enjoy diagnosing and fixing small equipment or process snags
