Now Hiring: Pediatric Home Care Nurses (LPN or RN)

We're currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about pediatric care and ready to make a real impact. You’ll provide skilled nursing care such as medication administration, g-tube care, trach and vent support, and more — all with full training and ongoing support from our experienced clinical team.

Your Role as a Phoenix Nurse:

• Help develop and maintain individualized care plans
• Deliver care based on physician orders and patient needs
• Monitor, document, and report changes in condition
• Provide education and guidance to families and caregivers
• Participate in quality initiatives, training, and team meetings
• Use electronic charting to document all care accurately

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Kansas LPN or RN license
• Clinical skills or a willingness to learn (we’ll train you!)
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• A positive, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• A heart for children and a desire to make a difference
